Adventure: Let's hike the McSorely Creek Loop Trail at Salt Water State Park in Des Moines. After completing this 1.5-mile-long trail, we will play at the beach, preferably barefoot. [This trail is not stroller-friendly.] Bring a picnic lunch!
Exact Location: Park in the lower parking lot by the beach | 25611 Marine View Dr S, Des Moines, WA 98198
What to bring: Weather-appropriate clothing + snacks, water, baby carrier if needed. Picnic lunch for the beach. This trail is not stroller-friendly.
Additional Cost: A Discover Pass or a $10/car parking fee is required to enter WA State Parks.
