Participation in any in-person event is at your own risk. You acknowledge that outdoor and fitness activities may involve risk, and you release Mama & Me Adventure Club from liability.

We also require a signed e-waiver for every event.

3. Store & Digital Downloads

All digital products (e.g., PDFs) are for personal use only. Do not share, redistribute, or resell.

No refunds for digital downloads. Physical products may be eligible for return—please reach out to Andrea [Hello@MamaMeAdventure.club]

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including PDFs, guides, and branding, is owned by Mama & Me Adventure Club. Please don’t use it without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Any harm resulting from use of our materials

• Missed events, scheduling changes, or site outages
  Use of our resources and participation is entirely at your own discretion.
