Adventure: Walk up to a pretty river/lake beach and "cook" a recipe using real kitchen utensils (provided), sand, dirt, and water. Then let the kids' imagination fly while moms have a conversation. Get ready to spot spawning Salmon in the Lake / Creek. We will read a cute book about the life cycle of Salmon.

What to bring: Weather-appropriate clothing [ that can get wet & dirty], river sandals, small towel, plus snacks & water. This trail is jogging stroller-friendly.
