Mamas' Day Out - River Floating

Adventure: Let's meet at Flaming Geyser State Park and float this popular, relatively short section of the river! We will park by the old airfield (take the first left after passing the entry booth), then pile into one or two cars with all our floaties (not yet inflated so they'll fit) and head to the launch site.

Please make sure everyone wears a life vest, regardless of swimming ability. Along the way, we'll stop at a fun monkey swing spot and a hidden waterfall. After our float, we'll enjoy some beach time and a picnic before heading home.

What to wear: Wear your swim gear and a properly fitting life vest (required). Please bring a waterproof container for your valuables and car keys that can be securely attached to your body or floatie.
