Ready to move, connect, and recharge this fall/winter? Join us for a 4-week Stroller Workout Series this November & December—designed to help moms build strength, boost energy, and find their village of like-minded mamas.

Consistency is key when it comes to regaining strength and confidence postpartum—and it’s so much easier (and more fun!) when you’re surrounded by others in the same stage of life.

Each week, we’ll enjoy a playful mix of low-impact cardio, strength, and stretching exercises you can do with or alongside your stroller. After each workout, stick around for a playground playdate or organized kids’ activity so the little ones can have fun too!


Weather permitting, we’ll soak up the beauty of Lake Wilderness Park & Playground, or head indoors to the cozy Lake Wilderness Lodge with its gorgeous lake views.

Don't forget to bring your weather-appropriate clothing, a stroller, yoga mat, long exercise band (not loop), snacks, water & toys. I have extra bands if needed.
