Issaquah here we come!

Mama & Me Adventure Club started with a simple idea: getting moms and kids outside together, building friendships, exploring our beautiful local area, and creating the kind of childhood memories that stick forever. What started as a few adventures has slowly grown into a real community.

Over the past few years, I have poured so much into this little business. Early mornings, late nights, endless planning, learning how to run and market a small business, investing in a brand new website, building partnerships, creating resources, and of course… many, many adventures in every kind of Washington weather imaginable.

There were seasons where growth felt slow and uncertain, but I kept showing up because

I truly believe motherhood was never meant to be done alone. Watching moms connect on hikes, cheering each other on during stroller workouts, seeing shy kids turn into confident little adventurers, and hearing “we would have never tried this without the group” reminded me again and again why this matters.

This fall, my daughter heads off to school, which opens a new season for both our family and Mama & Me Adventure Club.

With a mix of excitement and nervousness, I have decided to expand our tribe into Issaquah alongside our amazing Maple Valley community.

While all the details are still coming together, here is the vision so far:

The Maple Valley Membership will remain the same:

• 5 events per month in Maple Valley or within about a 30-minute drive

• Weekly adventure challenges

• Free PDF resources

• Giveaways from local businesses

The Issaquah Membership will include:

• 5 events per month in Issaquah or within about a 30-minute drive

• Weekly adventure challenges

• Free PDF resources

• Giveaways from local businesses

We are also planning a Combined Membership option, where families can choose their 5 monthly events from a wider range of adventures across both areas.

And yes… our beloved stroller workouts are staying! We will continue meeting weekly at Lake Wilderness Lodge/Park, while also adding a Thursday morning stroller workout option in Issaquah at the Community Center starting September 2026.

I am very excited about this next step and also a little nervous, because growth always comes with some unknowns.
