We Are Growing! Here's How Our New Hub System Works

If you've seen me talking about our new Issaquah Hub, you might be wondering what exactly that means. So let me explain!

As Mama & Me Adventure Club has grown, I had to come up with a system that keeps things organized behind the scenes while still making the most sense for moms with little kids - staying close to home makes it so much easier to actually get out on adventures.

That's exactly why we're introducing hubs.

Maple Valley Hub

Nothing is really changing here.

Just like it has for the past four years, the Maple Valley Hub will host most of its adventures within about a 30-minute drive of downtown Maple Valley.

So if you've been adventuring with us already, you can expect things to feel very familiar.

Issaquah Hub

Our new Issaquah Hub will do the same thing, just centered around downtown Issaquah.

That means moms on the north end of our community won't have to drive all the way to Maple Valley every week to find their people. Instead, we'll be bringing the adventures to their backyard.

Since Maple Valley and Issaquah are only about 25 minutes apart, there is naturally quite a bit of overlap. And honestly... I think that's the best part!

Those overlapping locations are perfect for adventures where both hubs come together. These shared adventures will mostly happen on weekends, which also helps keep my own family calendar from getting completely out of control.

Each hub will offer 5 adventures every month. Three adventures will be unique to that hub.

Two adventures will be shared by both hubs. That means even if you stick with your local hub, you'll still have opportunities to meet even more amazing mamas and kiddos.

Membership Options:

To keep things simple, you'll be able to choose from three membership options.

All-Access Family Membership

This option lets you mix and match adventures from both hubs, giving you the most flexibility and the best value.

Maple Valley Family Membership

Join all adventures hosted by the Maple Valley Hub.

Everything stays exactly the way it has been.

Issaquah Family Membership

Join all adventures hosted by the Issaquah Hub.

Can I Attend an Adventure From the Other Hub?

Absolutely!

If you have a Maple Valley Membership but there's an Issaquah adventure you don't want to miss (or the other way around), you have two options.

You can upgrade to the All-Access Membership, or simply grab a Drop-In Pass for that adventure (currently $10 per family).

Why are we doing this?

I truly believe you are not meant to do motherhood alone, and bringing our adventures to more backyards means we get to help even more moms find the community they deserve.
